The six week class series begins October 14th and continues on October 28, November 4, November 18, December 2 and concludes on December 16.

We will be preparing and consumning a variety of creamy, broth style and hearty soups using a wonderful assortment of fall squashes, root vegetables, beans, grains and legumes. Learn how to make a simple stock, tips on freezing, reheating and varying recipes to suit your familes needs..
