March 24th, 2010 - Cooking with Gluten-Free, Wheat-Free Whole Grains

Are you gluten sensitive or do you cook for someone who is?  Explore new grains that are delicious, easy to prepare and exciting...this is the class for you.  We will be preparing and sampling breakfast, lunch and dinner options and you will be provided with a complete set of recipes to take home and get you started

The only thing better than a hot bowl of soup on chilly Fall evening is if you've made that soup yourself from the best the Fall harvest has to offer.  Soups are the quintessential one pot meal.  We will be preparing and consumning a variety of creamy, broth style and hearty soups using a wonderful assortment of fall squashes, root vegetables, beans, grains and legumes.
