- For groups of 6 or more in your home or office
- Your choice of class focuses; soups, whole grains, quick one pot meals, main course salads, appetizers, or class designed to meet your needs and dietary requirements.
- Gluten free classes, Candida diet, low fat, high fiber, diabetic diets, vegan and more.
