INGREDIENTS
METHOD-Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with and "s" blade. Process the mixture until it holds togethers, turning it off and scraping down as necessary. - Scrape the mixture into a bowl. The mixture should hold together and still have some texture to it. - Roll the mixture into small balls about the size of a quarter. If the mixture is sticky put the bowl in the refrigerator and let chill for awhile until it is easier to handle. -Roll balls into assorted toppings to coat; toasted coconut, carob or cocoa powder, ground walnuts or sesame seeds. -Place the balls on parchement or waxed paper lined pan and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. These also freeze very well. I like to put the bon bon's in small paper candy cups. |
